Hi, I am Nikita, the founder of Isira Yoga

"Over the last few years, one of the few constants in my life of profound changes has been Yoga. It has been the starting point of a new perspective and awareness of my body and mind where it seeped into every other aspect of my life. Off the mat, I found myself applying its principles to my interactions. I began to listen more attentively and respond with greater empathy. The practice of mindfulness made me appreciate the small joys and beauty in everyday life that I had previously overlooked. Gradually, I started making conscious choices about what I consumed.​​This newfound self-awareness led me to adopt a healthier diet, prioritize regular sleep, and incorporate meditation into my daily routine.​The sense of community within the yoga classes also played a significant role in my journey. I gained insights that enriched my practice and broadened my understanding of yoga's spiritual and philosophical aspects.​Yoga had transformed from a mere exercise routine to a way of life—a guiding philosophy.

"​Nikita has completed her International RYT from Sivananda Ashram, Kerala. She is also a Yoga Control Board (YCB) and Indian Yoga Association (IYA) certified teacher. She started ISIRA YOGA to simplify yoga for all with the goal of yogaschitta vritti nirodha -stilling the mind.
